About us
Automaton Nebula holds what you know about each client and hands it to whichever AI you use, so you do not explain it again every morning. Before you put your clients’ work in there it helps to know who you are dealing with, so this page says it plainly.
Who runs it
A small project, run by one person doing this full time. There is no funding round behind it and no team of twenty: there is someone who reads the email and fixes what breaks. It is worth saying because it changes what you can expect: decisions and fixes come fast, and there is no promise of twenty-four-hour support that would not exist.
What is promised, and what is not
Nothing here is trained on your data, none of it is sold and no third party receives it. The vault downloads whole whenever you want, as JSON or Markdown, and deletes at once without writing to anyone or waiting for an answer. What cannot be promised: that a cloud AI forgets what you already sent it. That lives with the AI and not here, which is why it is on the front page and not in the small print.
Where your data is
On our own server in Germany, inside the European Union, with a daily backup and a restore drill every week. When a cloud AI asks for your context, those lines travel to that AI’s servers, wherever they are; you decide that, workspace by workspace. A workspace marked sensitive never goes out to a cloud connector: only the panel and device tokens can read it.
How the money is made
From subscriptions and nothing else. No advertising, no data sold, no third party paying to look. The free plan is not a fourteen-day trial: it is free and it stays, with one complete client workspace.
